LEGAL COUNSEL , BASEL
We are seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to join our team and provide expert legal guidance, contract review, and compliance management. This is a critical role within our organisation, ensuring we operate within legal boundaries and mitigate risks.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review, draft, and negotiate various types of contracts, agreements, and legal documents
- Provide sound legal advice and counsel to senior management on a wide range of matters
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
- Manage dispute resolution processes, including litigation and arbitration
- Collaborate with external legal counsel and regulatory authorities as needed
- Stay up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Qualified lawyer with a degree from a reputable university
- Member of the Swiss Bar or a Common Law jurisdiction (EU, UK, US, Canada, Australia)
- Minimum of 2-5 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in a corporate setting
- Excellent command of German and English languages (written and spoken)
- Holder of a Swiss B or C Permit and resident in Switzerland
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality
ADDITIONAL SKILLS

As a Forensic Accountant, you will be responsible for conducting financial investigations, analysing financial records, and providing expert insights to help our clients resolve complex financial challenges. You must be a qualified member of one of these bodies - CIMA, ACCA, ACA, CPA, CFE - with at least 5 years of experience. Must have fluency in German and English. You must hold a Swiss B or C Permit.
DIGITAL FORENSIC INVESTIGATOR , BASEL
As a Digital Forensic Investigator at Ace Forensic, you will be responsible for conducting digital forensic investigations, analysing electronic evidence, and providing expert insights to help our clients resolve complex technological challenges. You will work closely with our team of forensic accounting professionals to deliver high-quality services and drive successful outcomes for our clients. You must have 8 years of experience in digital forensic investigations. Experience of working in a law firm is preferred. Must be a graduate with first class from a reputed university in law, finance or business. Must be proficient in using digital forensic softwares.Must have fluency in German and English. You must hold a Swiss B or C Permit.
LEGAL COMPLIANCE SPECIALIST, BASEL
As a Legal Compliance Specialist, you will help our clients navigate the complex regulatory landscape by conducting compliance audits, AML training , Bribery Prevention training, identifying potential areas of risk, and recommending strategies to mitigate these risks. You must be experienced in drafting legal documentation and have solid stamina to deliver under deadlines for clients.
